What is the difference between UI and UX?
UX is structure and flow — what goes where, and in what order. UI is the visual and interactive layer on top. A beautiful UI over poor UX still frustrates people; good UX with plain UI usually does not.
How many users do you test with?
Five to eight per round usually surfaces the majority of usability problems. More rounds with fewer people beats one large round, because you get to fix issues between them.
Do you redesign existing products?
Yes. We start with analytics and support tickets to find where users actually struggle, so the redesign is driven by evidence rather than by a preference for something new.
What do we receive at the end?
