Remote Work Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
1. Remote-First by Design
Chambrix is a remote-first digital agency. Our team of developers, designers and marketers works from wherever they are most productive, across multiple time zones. We hire for talent and reliability, not location — and we build our processes around trust and outcomes rather than hours logged at a desk.
2. Flexible Working Hours
We do not require fixed nine-to-five hours. Team members structure their day around the work and their lives, provided they:
- Meet agreed deadlines and communicate early if anything is at risk.
- Maintain a reasonable overlap with the clients and teammates they collaborate with.
- Remain reachable during any core hours agreed for their role or project.
3. Communication & Availability
Asynchronous communication is our default, so deep work is protected and nobody is blocked waiting for a reply. We keep meetings minimal and purposeful. Every team member is expected to keep their tasks, progress and blockers visible in our shared tools so work moves forward without constant check-ins.
4. Tools & Equipment
Team members are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection and a suitable working environment. We provide the software, accounts and access needed to do the job, and we support the team in setting up an effective remote workflow.
5. Security & Confidentiality
Working remotely does not lower our standards. Team members must protect client data and Chambrix systems by using secure passwords, keeping devices updated, avoiding untrusted networks for sensitive work, and following any project-specific security requirements.
6. Ownership & Accountability
We give people real ownership of their work and trust them to deliver. In return, we expect proactive communication, honesty about progress, and pride in the quality of what ships. Freedom and accountability go hand in hand at Chambrix.
