Services & Expertise
Chambrix is a full-service digital agency. We design and build custom websites and web apps, e-commerce stores, and brand identities, and we run SEO, digital marketing, and AI automation programmes. Our teams work with businesses across Pakistan, the Gulf, and Australia — and remotely worldwide.
We work across SaaS and technology, e-commerce and retail, healthcare, real estate and construction, professional services, hospitality, and education. Because our work is built around each client's goals rather than a fixed template, we adapt to the specifics of your sector and market.
We build custom. Every site is designed around your brand, content, and conversion goals and developed on modern, standards-based code. When it makes sense for your budget or timeline, we can also customise a proven platform (such as Shopify or WordPress) instead of building from scratch — we'll recommend the right approach after understanding your needs.
Yes. A large share of our work is redesigns and rescues — auditing an existing site for performance, SEO, and UX issues, then redesigning, rebuilding, or migrating it with no loss of search rankings. We can also take over and maintain a site originally built by another team.
Yes. Alongside design and development we run technical SEO, on-page and content SEO, generative-engine optimisation (so AI assistants can find and recommend you), and paid search and social campaigns. Marketing and build work are coordinated so your site is designed to rank and convert from day one.
Yes. We build and optimise stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, and headless commerce stacks, and we handle migrations between them. We focus on fast, secure checkouts, accurate inventory, and product pages built to convert.
Process & Delivery
Most projects follow five stages: discovery (goals, audience, scope), design (structure and visuals), development, quality assurance and testing, then launch. You review and approve work at the end of each stage, so there are no surprises. After launch we move into support and iteration.
A focused marketing site is typically 3–6 weeks; a larger custom site or e-commerce store is usually 6–12 weeks; complex web apps run longer. Timelines depend on scope, how quickly content and feedback are provided, and the number of review rounds. We give you a firm schedule with milestones before we start.
Yes. You get a named point of contact and staged reviews at each milestone, with a shared preview link so you can see the site as it's built. We prefer frequent, small check-ins over one big reveal at the end.
You do. On final payment, full ownership of the design, code, and content we produce transfers to you, along with access to your hosting, domain, and any accounts. You are never locked in to us to make future changes.
Yes. We offer care plans covering hosting, security updates, backups, monitoring, performance tuning, and content or feature changes. You can also engage us ad hoc when you need help. We'll recommend the level of support that fits your site.
For custom work we favour modern, fast frameworks such as Next.js and React, paired with headless or traditional CMSs so your team can edit content easily. For commerce we use Shopify, WooCommerce, or headless stacks. We choose the stack that best fits your goals, budget, and in-house skills — not a one-size-fits-all tool.
Pricing & Support
Cost depends on scope — a landing page, a full marketing site, an online store, and a custom web app are very different pieces of work. We publish starting packages for common projects and give a fixed, itemised quote after a short discovery call, so you know the price before committing.
Send us your goals through the contact form or book a free consultation, and we'll reply within one working day. We'll discuss your requirements, recommend an approach, and provide a written proposal and quote. There's no obligation and no charge for the initial conversation.
We have teams serving Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the wider Gulf (Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain), and Australia, and we work remotely with clients worldwide. We're comfortable with local requirements such as Arabic-first design, regional currencies, and data-protection rules like PDPL and GDPR.
Existing clients can reach us by email and through their project contact during business hours in their region. Support-plan clients get priority response times. For anything urgent after launch, your care plan sets out how quickly we respond.
Yes. We're happy to sign an NDA before sharing details, and we follow secure practices for access, credentials, and client data. We build with security in mind — HTTPS, hardened configurations, and data-protection compliance appropriate to your market (such as PDPL or GDPR).
Launch is the start, not the end. We monitor performance and uptime, fix any post-launch issues, and — if you'd like — keep improving the site through SEO, content, and conversion work. Many clients stay with us on a care plan so their site keeps getting faster, safer, and more effective over time.
