What Digital Projects Actually Cost: Our Full Price List

The short answer
A website build starts at €800 for WordPress and €1,500 for a custom build. An online store starts at €1,200 on Shopify or €2,000 for a fully integrated build. A web application starts at €3,000. Marketing is billed monthly instead, from €300 a month. Those are starting points for the work as scoped, not the price of every project — the tables below give the published figure for all 47 services, and the section after them explains what moves the number.
Websites and online stores
The difference between these is not quality, it is what the site has to do. A brochure site presents; a store has to take money, hold stock and stay fast as the catalogue grows. Platform choice follows from that, not the other way round.
| Build type | Starts at | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| WordPress Development | €800 | A site your own team edits, without page-builder bloat |
| Shopify Development | €1,200 | Selling fast on a hosted platform, with a custom theme |
| WooCommerce Development | €1,000 | Selling on WordPress without platform transaction fees |
| Custom Web Development | €1,500 | A site built around your workflows rather than a template |
| BigCommerce Development | €1,500 | Hosted ecommerce with more built in before you add apps |
| Ecommerce Development | €2,000 | A store with real catalogue, payment and stock integration |
| Magento Development | €2,500 | Large or B2B catalogues with quotes and purchase orders |
| Marketplace Development | €4,000 | Multi-vendor: sellers, commission and payouts |
Applications, systems and integrations
This is where cost separates most sharply from a website, because you are paying for behaviour rather than pages. A dashboard reads data someone else already owns; an ERP becomes the system of record for the whole business. The gap between those two is the gap in the table.
| Type of build | Starts at | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| API Development | €1,000 | A documented API other teams can integrate against |
| Admin Panel Development | €1,200 | An internal screen for the team who run the operation |
| Dashboard Development | €1,500 | Live reporting built around decisions, not metric count |

| MERN Stack Development | €2,800 | One JavaScript codebase end to end |
| Web App Development | €3,000 | Replacing spreadsheets and manual processes |
| Mobile App Development | €3,000 | A native or cross-platform mobile product |
| POS Solutions | €3,000 | Point of sale — see the local-currency table below |
| SaaS Development | €3,500 | A multi-tenant product with billing and onboarding |
| ERP Development | €3,500 | Running finance, stock and operations in one system |
Design, brand, automation and combined engagements
Smaller pieces of work that are often bought alongside a build, or on their own. A logo is not a brand and is priced accordingly; automation is priced by what it replaces rather than by how it looks.

| Logo Design | €150 | A single mark, with the files you actually need |
| Graphic Design | €200 | Ongoing collateral and campaign assets |
| Workflow Automation | €299 | Connecting tools so work stops being copied by hand |
| AI Chatbot Development | €399 | A bot that qualifies enquiries rather than just chats |
| Motion Graphics | €400 | Animation and motion for product or campaign work |
| WhatsApp Business API & Chatbot | €499 | Selling and supporting on the official WhatsApp API |
| Brand Identity | €600 | Identity system: mark, type, colour and rules |
| Branding Services | €600 | Positioning and brand strategy, not just a logo |
| UI & UX Design | €900 | Design and prototyping before anything is built |
| Business Automation | €1,500 | Automating a process that currently eats hours |
| AI Automation | €1,800 | Automating work that needs a judgement call |
| AI Integration | €2,500 | Adding AI to an existing product, with evaluation |
| Builder Marketing | €900 | Lead generation for builders and contractors |
| Digital Agency | €1,200 | One accountable partner across design, build and marketing |
Marketing is monthly, not a one-off
Search and advertising work does not finish, so it is not priced as a project. These 11 services are monthly retainers, and the figure is the management fee — advertising spend is separate and goes to Google or Meta, not to us. A retainer with no media budget behind it will not do much.
| Service | Monthly fee | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Email Marketing | €300 / month | Owned-audience revenue through automation, segmentation and deliverability that actually reaches inboxes. |
| Google Ads | €350 / month | Search, Shopping and YouTube campaigns managed against profit rather than against clicks. |
| Meta Ads | €350 / month | Facebook and Instagram campaigns where creative is treated as the main lever, because it is. |
| Local SEO | €400 / month | Winning the map pack in the areas you actually serve, then converting those calls. |
| PPC Management | €400 / month | Paid budget allocated across networks by return, with landing pages and tracking included. |
| Social Media Marketing | €400 / month | Presence on the platforms that matter to your buyers, measured on business outcomes. |
| Content Marketing Services | €450 / month | Content that earns rankings, answers buying questions and gives sales something worth sending. |
| SEO Agency Services | €500 / month | Search visibility that compounds — technical foundations, content depth and authority building. |
| Technical SEO | €500 / month | Fixing what stops search engines crawling, rendering and indexing your pages properly. |
| International SEO | €900 / month | Ranking across multiple countries and languages without your own pages competing with each other. |
| Enterprise SEO | €1,500 / month | SEO at scale, where the constraint is process and governance rather than tactics. |
What “starting at” actually means
It means the figure is the floor for that type of work at the scope we normally deliver it, not a quote for your project. A five-page WordPress site and a forty-page one with a member area are both WordPress builds and they are not the same price. We publish the floor because the alternative — refusing to say anything until you are on a call — wastes your time when the range was never going to fit. If your scope is bigger than the baseline, the number goes up, and we say by how much before anything starts.
Bundles cost less than the same work bought separately
Where services are commonly bought together we price the group below the sum of its parts. The comparison below is our own arithmetic on our own published prices, so you can check it against the tables above.
| Bundle | Price | Separately | Billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead Machine Bundle | €1,499 | €1,900 | one-time |
| Website Starter Bundle | €1,099 | €1,350 | one-time |
| Business Growth Bundle | €1,899 | €2,350 | one-time + 1st month ads |
| E-commerce Launch Bundle | €2,399 | €2,950 | one-time + 1st month ads |
| Brand Builder Bundle | €899 | €1,150 | one-time + 1st month social |
| App + Backend Bundle | €3,299 | €4,000 | one-time |
| Complete Digital Launch | €4,999 | €6,800 | one-time + 1st month ads |
| Enterprise Suite | €7,999 | €11,000 | custom scope |
The one thing we price in local currency: POS
Every figure above is in euros, because the work is delivered the same way wherever the client is. Point of sale is the exception: it has to satisfy each country's tax and invoicing rules — FBR in Pakistan, ZATCA in Saudi Arabia, FTA in the UAE — so it is built and priced per market. Each plan can be bought outright or rented monthly.
| Market | Starter POS | Business POS | Multi-Branch POS |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pakistan (PKR) | Rs 34,999 · Rs 1,999/mo | Rs 79,999 · Rs 3,999/mo | Rs 179,999 · Rs 7,999/mo |
| UAE (AED) | AED 999 · AED 49/mo | AED 2,399 · AED 99/mo | AED 4,999 · AED 199/mo |
| Saudi Arabia (SAR) | SAR 999 · SAR 49/mo | SAR 2,399 · SAR 99/mo | SAR 4,999 · SAR 199/mo |
| Netherlands (EUR) | €249 · €12/mo | €599 · €25/mo | €1,299 · €49/mo |
| Australia (AUD) | A$399 · A$19/mo | A$899 · A$39/mo | A$1,999 · A$79/mo |
What actually changes the price
Page count matters less than most people expect. What moves a quote is: how much of the interface is designed rather than templated; whether the site has to talk to anything else, such as a CRM, an accounting system, a booking engine or an ERP; how large and how structured the product catalogue is; whether content and photography exist or need producing; and whether anyone needs an admin screen behind the public site. We do not publish per-item uplifts for these, because an honest figure depends on which system you are integrating with and how well it is documented.
What we deliberately do not publish a price for
Our Enterprise Suite is listed at a starting figure but is quoted on custom scope, because at that size the requirements decide the cost rather than the package. Advertising spend is never included in a retainer figure. Third-party costs you pay directly — Shopify's own subscription, paid apps, premium plugins, domain and mail — are not ours to price and are not in any number on this page.
Where these numbers come from
Every figure on this page is Chambrix's own published price, taken from the same catalogue that drives our pricing page and each service page — not an industry survey, and not an average of what other agencies charge. We have not estimated what the wider market charges, because we have not measured it. Prices are in euros unless the table says otherwise, exclude tax, and exclude third-party subscriptions. They change from time to time; this list was last reviewed on 27 August 2026. If you want a figure for your actual project rather than a starting point, send us the scope and you will get one.
